SHIVA TEXFABS LIMITED is a closely held limited company with interests mainly in Cotton yarns, Blended Synthetic yarns and Fancy yarns. The Group is strongly committed to bring the best of the best products in the field of entire spectrum of yarns. The Company is one of the fastest growing units in its line of activity.
Incorporated in 1996 with initial installed capacity of 1600 spindles per annum, now the company is having around 36,112 spindles. SHIVA TAXFABS LTD. (formerly SHIVA FABRICATORS PRIVATE LIMITED) was founded by late Sh. B.K. Malhotra and his son Mr. Akhil Malhotra with a dream to make STL a leading company in textiles, generate employment on a large-scale and create wealth for the society. Shri B.K Malhotra, founder of the Company was a textile graduate and had obtained training at Bradford (London).
The Company has recently added 14112 spindles dedicated exclusively for the manufacturing of world class 100% Cotton Combed yarn and this plant consists of latest state of the art equipment from LMW, Coimbatore, Schlafhorst (Germany) and the latest high precision R & D lab. Equipment from Uster Technologies (Switzerland).
The Company is well set to grow organically and poised for a major transition in its business. The Spinning Division is expected to manufacture 10570 MTs per annum of Cotton, Blended Synthetic and Fancy Yarns with enhanced installed capacity.
The Company has a latest in-house state of art dyeing division for quality dyeing of fibers and yarns

| He has been a director of the company since
its inception. He is a Science Graduate and has wide
experience of textile and textile macchinery industry. He
first joined his family business in 1984 before venturing into
Shiva Texfabs Ltd. This is his dream that the company achieved
the capacity of 36000 thousand spindles per annum from its
modest scale capacity of 1600 spindles in a very short span of
time. |

Mukherjee |
| He is a textile technologist with
Masters degree in textiles. He has more than 26 years of
experience in spinning industry having worked with the reputed
textile houses of the country like Birlas, Nahars and Pasupati
etc. He has worked in different departments like maintenance,
production and R & D etc. |

| Mrs. Simmi Malhotra |
| She is inspiration and force behind Mr. Akhil
Malhotra. She has been involved with the Company since last
seven years and has contributed immensely in the growth of the
company by virtue of her knowledge, vision and expertise. |

| Mr. Surinder Kapoor |
| He has more than 40 years of experience with
one of the most prestigious and reputed organizations in the
world-The Lever Group. Before joining the board of Shiva
Taxfab Limited, he worked with the lever group in the various
capacities in India and abroad. His experience in Far-East
Asian countries has helped Shiva Texfabs Ltd. to grow at a
rapid speed in export markets. |

Chartered Accountant by profession having more
than 21 years experience, he is very actively involved with
Shiva Texfabs Ltd. He is a former chairman of Ludhiana Chapter
of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has very
deep interest in Social and Philanthropist activities. |

29 years as a Senior Partner in M/s Ashwani and Associates,
